Pricing, demystified.
- How does per-seat billing work?
- You only pay for seats your agents occupy. Customers and external members are free — the customer portal is unmetered. Add or remove seats anytime; charges pro-rate to the billing cycle.
- Can I switch tiers later?
- Yes — at any time. Upgrades are pro-rated immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle. We do not gate downgrades behind a sales call.
- What about annual billing?
- Annual billing is available on Scale by request — drop us a line. We do not advertise it on Free or Team because most teams that size prefer the optionality of monthly.
- Do you offer a non-profit / education discount?
- Yes — 50% off Team for registered non-profits and accredited education institutions. Email sales@reqdesk.support with proof of status.
- What happens if I exceed a plan limit?
- You will see a soft warning at 80% of any limit and a hard warning at 100%. We do not silently throttle, surprise-charge, or auto-upgrade. You decide when to move tiers.
