Terms of Service

Last updated 25 April 2026

The terms that apply to anyone using Reqdesk — free or paid, agent or customer.

These terms govern your use of Reqdesk (“the Service”) operated by Digital Information Technology Solutions (“we”, “us”). By creating a workspace or accessing the Service in any other way, you agree to these terms.

1. Account and workspace

A workspace is the unit of access in Reqdesk. The person who creates a workspace is its owner and is responsible for:

  • The accuracy of workspace settings (billing email, contact email, plan).
  • Inviting and removing teammates.
  • The conduct of users they invite.

Owners may delegate operational responsibility to other workspace members but remain ultimately responsible.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Upload content that infringes a third party’s intellectual-property rights.
  • Use the Service to host or distribute malware, phishing kits, or other abusive content.
  • Probe, scan, or test the security of the Service except via responsible-disclosure channels announced in /security.

We reserve the right to suspend a workspace that violates these constraints, with reasonable notice when the violation is not actively harmful.

3. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed per-workspace, per-seat, in Saudi Riyals, with VAT included. Pricing is published at /pricing and may change with thirty (30) days’ notice. Billing is processed by Moyasar; Reqdesk never sees your card details.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate cancellations of monthly subscriptions; annual subscriptions are pro-rated to the unused months.

4. Data ownership and portability

You own the content you put into your workspace. We hold it on your behalf. You can export your workspace data — tickets, replies, attachments, audit log — at any time from the workspace settings.

5. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; substantive changes are announced thirty (30) days in advance via the workspace owner’s contact email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Riyadh courts.
